How to return an item:

At Ezway.co.uk, it is extremely important to us that our customers are completely happy with our service and our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase within the first 30 days after purchase. We will always ask the reason for the return as our goal is to always try to improve our level of service.

When returning products:

• Please enclose a short note detailing the reason for refund, date of purchase, purchaser's name and invoice number.
• Wrap the item securely in its original packaging.
