We are currently running a limited period free delivery promotion. All orders placed before our order countdown deadline Monday - Friday will be shipped the same
day for next day delivery any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next working day excluding bank holidays and public holidays subject to stock availability. We
use a range of couriers to deliver your order in the quickest time possible.
Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be generated and if after 24hours your order has not be received, please contact us for this number and you will be able
to track it online to see its progress and delivery date.
All delivery's need to be signed for: If no one is in when the courier attempts delivery a calling card will be left. To re-arrange delivery call the number on the card along with
your tracking number and arrange a convenient time for the courier to come back. If this is not done within 5 days of the card being left your order will be returned to us and you
may be liable for redelivery charges.
We also deliver to most worldwide destinations via Airmail including Republic of Ireland, Europe, USA, Australia, Japan and Canada.
For a limited time promotion we are also currently shipping to all worldwide destinations free of charge. All orders are dispatched the same day and orders are
usually received approximately one to two weeks after dispatch however it has been known for the exceptional order to take up to three weeks for its arrival.
Notes on delivery:
- The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Ezway are not responsible if this varies.
- All UK deliveries will require a signature on receipt, apart from any items delivered using the Royal Mail Standard 1st Class service (UK) or our free Worldwide Airmail
- Worldwide deliveries requiring a signed for service must request this but this will be chargeable at our normal non promotion rate of £7.33.
- In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
- Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
- When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for
the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
- If goods are returned to Ezway because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs
incurred to re-send goods.
- UK Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before we are able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
- Worldwide missing or delayed items: will need to wait 30 days before we are able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Our free delivery promotion is available for a limited time and can be withdrawn without notice, however all orders received during the promotion will be sent free of
